I had 3 cases with this firm and I’ve recommended friends and family to this firm.

Lack of service is a Utah thing so I can’t blame them for that.

On my first case (rear ended in a red light) mid 2020 onboarding is great. They welcome you and make you feel everything is fine.

Due to this accident I developed pain in the back of my head and back of the neck. I went for treatment.
After done with treatment. Insurance didn’t want to pay my medical bills because my property damage was little.

We went to litigation and 2 years after we won in mediation. (End 2021)

Second case (hit from the side) early 2021
I went and had A meeting with Ron Kramer and explained the accident. I had some videos of the scene and how the semi trucks where doing the turns. Also verla testimony from witnesses.
Due to this severe accident. My car was total and I got a permanent injury on my lower back. Can’t do anything about the injury.

Insurance company put me at fault on this accident. Until this point we don’t know why.
I went to complain to the police department because also on the police report put me as vehículo one. Which is usually the one at fault.

I went and complained with the police. (Mapleton police department) because the officer on scene didn’t even want to talk to the witnesses.
Supervisor at the police station told me that he will investigate. And come back to me a few weeks after my visit. And said “ I would like to talk to your attorney, I called but he wasn’t available”

I immediately call back Kramer law group and told the case manager Sandra (the worst case manager ever) to call the police department and schedule a phone call between the attorney “Allen young” and the police officer in charge.

Guess what? It didn’t happen. I don’t even know if they actually tried.

Months passed by and my treatment is over and we start this legal battle.

And they believe I’m at fault. Allen young is not handling this case anymore. Now is an attorney called John or Josh, I believe!

He called my one day. With a very condescending attitude and said “this is not a case that you are going to make hundreds of thousands of dollars. Or millions. we did our focus group and it’s a 50/50 case and you will loose on court”
After couple of days of that call I saw the video. I got a copy and sent it to 6 different attorneys.
5 of them state “semi truck is at fault”
1 attorney said “ it’s a 50/50 case”
Regardless of its a 50/50 case or not. We should of known this long time ago because the police saw the video front the dash cam of the semi.

If they would of talk to the police as I requested we could off pick a different strategy or they could of told me we are going to drop the case.

Now they (insurance) are offering a settlement amount. And Ron Kramer, said to my face. This is a gift you are lucky that they are willing to settle.

If they are 100% sure that is my fault why would the settle?

3rd case (I was a passenger in ATV rolled over)

This is the reason why I’m change my review from 5 stars to 1.

After the accident. I had several headaches and shoulder pain. I was scheduled to get treatment. I went to my chiropractor. Did my MRIs and a TBI test. As results I did have (contusión cerebral) and I had to get at treatment for it.
I went to my appointments with the surprise that those were cancel by the attorney office.

I told the new case manager assigned to my case that I was tired of everything. And just ended

The insurance now it’s fighting the competition because they said that I was negligent and didn’t continue treatment as the doctors advised.

Ron Kramer is a good attorney with the wrong team.
They don’t fight for your case they will just do like other big firms do. Focus on the big cases and screw everyone else.
